To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCN and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the current subscription term.
