SMS Opt-In Policy

Effective Date: September 16, 2025

Next Chapter Notes (the “Program”), a service by IFIT Consulting, LLC, provides one supportive text message per day to subscribers who have explicitly opted in.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages by:

1. Selecting the $5/year SMS Plan on our subscription page.
2. Checking the consent box labeled (or substantially similar):
   “I agree to receive daily encouragement text messages from Next Chapter Notes. Msg & data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe anytime.”
3. Completing the checkout process.

We do not send SMS messages without your explicit consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any other goods or services.

Message Frequency & Content

• Frequency: 1 message per day.
• Content: Uplifting, encouraging notes designed to support you through career changes, job searches, and personal growth. We do not send unrelated promotions or ads.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

• Reply STOP to our number +1 (833) 432-6988 to end all SMS messages from the Program.
• Unsubscribe via the Member Dashboard.
• Email us at nextchapternotes@nextchapternotes.com.

After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Disclosures

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
