When you subscribe to our SMS plan, we collect:

• Your name (optional)
• Your mobile number
• Your SMS consent status and the date/time of opt-in (and, for compliance, we may log IP and user-agent at opt-in)
• Basic billing information via our payment provider

We do not store your payment card details — those are handled securely by Stripe. If you email us for support, we’ll also collect your email address and the contents of your message.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you one supportive SMS per day
• To manage your subscription and payments
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests
• To maintain the security of our service and prevent abuse

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.

4. Legal Bases

Where applicable, we process your data based on your consent (for SMS messages) and to perform our contract with you (to deliver the subscription you purchased).

5. Data Retention

We keep your subscriber information while your subscription is active. Opt-in and opt-out records may be retained for a reasonable period to comply with carrier and legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

7. SMS Program Terms

• Message frequency: 1 message per day.
• Opt-out: Text STOP to end. You can also unsubscribe in your Member Dashboard or by contacting us.
• Help: Text HELP for help, or email us anytime.
• Charges: Msg & data rates may apply.
• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Your explicit consent is required for SMS delivery and is recorded when you opt in.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.

10. International Users

If you use our service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. By using the service, you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post updates here and update the “Effective Date” above.
